Abilities: For Salamander, using magic is as natural to him as breathing. Magic flows instinctively in his veins and he's able to create flames even without a proper staff. Not only that, but he can generate fire from within him. Salamander is not really good with any other elemental magic, however. Thanks to his skill ''Flame Thrower'', he can spit a torrent of fire like a dragon would do. He can also combine his fists with his other skill ''Fireball'', which gives him the ability to release balls of fire from his punches. He adores destroying stuff, so it's not surprising that he learned the skill ''Meteor''. Because he uses this skill to wreck everything, he didn't train himself to be careful or accurate and it's unfortunately easy to dodge. It leaves burning flames in its wake, however. When he's angry, his body creates flames on instinct. Despite his strong affinity to magic, his temper gets in the way of his control. Physically, Salamander is very strong because of how much he trained. His skill ''Smash!'' is particularly deadly and can break stones, however, it's a very slow attack. ''Titan's Throw'' is also very deadly but because of Salamander lacks of precision, it's not often effective. When using his last skill ''Berserker Style'', a skill he doesn't often use because it drains his EP completely but also it drain his energy. Physically, however, he gets so strong that a simple punch can break people's bones.



Mental Description:
Anyone would describe the kid as having a terrible temper and they would be right; He's always enraged and angry at the world as if even the birds chirping early in the morning had wronged him in some ways. He's in fact so much pissed all the time that he's not really mad at anything. It's very hard to explain, but the boy's default mood is to be angry. His usual demeanor is to constantly shout very loudly at everyone and everything. He can, of course, express other emotions than a very explosive rage, but he rarely shows it. The emotions he shows besides anger ranges from cocky, sarcastic. sulky and enthusiastic - the last one mostly showed only when mocking others or when he's destroying stuff. Despite his very loud and boisterous personality, he's actually a very nervous mess. He's confident in his own skills, sure, but everything besides knocking shit down makes him unsure. He's very shy when he has to socialize with people he barely knows, especially women, which causes him to explode and he ends up ''flipping them off''. He's actually pretty stupid and simple-minded and has the tendency of settling every problem he has by burning it or smashing it. Salamander would never admit it, even under torture, but he decided to become a Collector when he saw Sofia's mother, Charlotte, fight monsters. She was his first crush and the first person he ever admired. He was sad when she died and after her passing away, he never knew how to remain on good terms with Sofia. Not that they were really close, to begin with, but he felt guilty about not supporting her as much as Luke. Speaking about Luke, Salamander holds a grudge against him and has a one-sided rivalry with him. Because Luke is so much stronger than him in raw strength, Salamander is always trying to provoke him into a fight. Luke doesn't take it seriously and finds it funny, which pisses him off. If Salamander has a one-sided rivalry with him, Luke has a one-sided friendship going on with Salamander. He doesn't consider Luke his friend, though he admires his skills enough that he wouldn't hesitate to assist him in a fight. Salamander also know Marino and they are childhood friends. Salamander can easily beat him, which rewarded him Marino's admiration and loyalty. Strangely enough, they are on good terms and usually get along pretty well. Salamander consider him his best friend. Marino finds funny how Luke is obvious to Salamander's dislike and they usually laugh about how simple-minded Luke can be(Pot, kettle, in Salamander's case lol). Salamander is someone very loyal to his friends and someone who would fight to defend powerless innocents. He's deep down a good person. But he's also someone with very strong ambitions and who seek power a little bit too obsessively. He's also too prideful and doesn't like it when someone is stronger than him. His pride is his greatest weakness. Like any other mages, Salamander is very close to nature and enjoys traveling more than staying indoors. He gets claustrophobic when he's underground, however.


Physical Description:
Starting with the obvious, Salamander has ashy blond colored hair and blood red eyes. Unusual, but he possesses sharp fangs. Salamander has a dark blue tattoo on his right shoulder. He also has tapers in both ears. Because of his daily training, he's well built. His body is very warm so he doesn't feel the need to get more dressed. He's usually fine nude torso with a simple cape covered in furs around the shoulders.



Story:
He's the only son of the Blacksmith of Evergrind City. He's the second eldest in the family; He has an elder sister and a little sister. His family has been blacksmiths for several generations and because he's the only boy in the family, he's expected to take over his father when he will reach the appropriate age. Salamander is totally against it and he's always picking a fight with his dad. His goal is to become the best Collector who ever lived so he has no intention of taking over the family's business. Luckily for him, his older sister love to forge weapons and armors, so if their shitty father(how Sal calls his dad loll) get past his retarded idea that a woman can't become a blacksmith, he won't be pressured forever to take over the shop. Salamander is the childhood friend of Marino and when they were children, they were quite the pranksters. They often put themselves in trouble and both of them received their deserved share of spanking from their dad for all the trouble they caused daily. They had quite the reputation. Salamander's mother died after giving birth to his younger sister and their dad was so depressed that Salamander and his older sister had to take care of her. Because of the time they spent together, the siblings are very close. Salamander's sisters are probably the only people, besides Marino, to not gets nervous when he's losing his shit. Heck, Salamander's older sister is scarier than he is when she's angry. Salamander copied Charlotte's training regime when he was younger and since then, he continues to train his body in hope to become as awesome as she was.
